閣下如欲更換購自本網站之 NOVA 產品，須先以電郵方式將訂單號碼、產品資料及換貨原因發送至 email@example.com ，一經確認，本公司便會儘快為閣下辦理退換手續。
(四) 顧客必須親自或以托運方式把要更換之貨品送回NOVA 辦公室。
(五) 顧客必須承擔所有在更換貨品過程中的一切運輸或托運費用，以及運輸途中貨品損壞的風險 。
(2) 將換貨要求發送至 firstname.lastname@example.org ，經本公司受理閣下之換貨要求後，本公司人員會儘快回覆閣下，並給予“換貨\
(3) 閣下可選擇 (a) 親身攜同退換之貨品或 (b) 以托運方式將退換之貨品送回本公司。若親身退換貨品，顧客必須同時出示發票及“貨品退換參考編號”﹔若以托運方式送遞，請於托運單上清楚列明“貨品退換參考編號”，以便人員安排退換貨品或退款。 貨品退換的收貨地址為：葵興工業街23-31號美聯工業大廈4字樓F座 (收件人: NOVA 網店部)。
(4) 要求更換之貨品必須連同其完整並無刮花撞壞的包裝物料 (包括外箱、發泡膠、承托紙、膠袋等) 一併送回本公司。
You are entitled to “Exchange Guarantee” if you are not completely satisfied with the product purchased at NOVA E-Store. Please refer to the terms and conditions of our Exchange Policy listed below.
To return a product bought from this website, please first submit a return request by email (email@example.com) along with your invoice number, product details and the reason for the exchange. Once accepted, we will confirm and process your exchange as soon as possible.
In normal circumstances, should you find the quality of our product unsatisfactory, you may request an exchange within 7 days from the date you receive it. You are allowed to exchange it with a product of the same model number. If the same model is sold out or out of stock, you may exchange your product with another product of the same kind and same price.
- Out of Stock:
We always keep sufficient stock of all products listed on the shopping menu. However, certain product(s) you order would by a slight chance run out of stock. In such situation, we will notify and discuss with you so that we can replace your order with another product of the same value. If that does not work out, we will give you a complete refund (note: refund is issued via the same method you placed the order)。
Warning: transaction cannot be cancelled once you confirm the order on our website and receive our Order Confirmation Notice by email.
Exchange request must fulfill ALL of the following conditions:
A. Customer must submit an exchange request within 7 days from the date product is received;
B. Product must be purchased from www.nova-greenliving.com;
C. Customer should provide a reasonable cause when requesting an exchange;
D. Customer should return the unwanted product to NOVA office in person;
E. Customer should be responsible for all transportation/courier costs incurred during the exchange procedure.
Your exchange request will NOT be accepted under any of the following conditions:
- Exchange request is submitted over 7 days after the date product is received;
- Product is scratched, contaminated or stained;
- Product, its packaging and/or its accessories have been used, damaged, consumed or are incomplete;
- Warranty card, user’s manual and/or purchase invoice are missing;
- Product is damaged due to improper usage/operation;
- Product has been altered.
(1) Write us an exchange request by email. In the message, please state your full name, contact number, email address, invoice number, product model number as well as the reason for the exchange. Attach a photo if needed. (Note: Your exchange request must fulfill all conditions listed in our “Exchange Policy”. See above for details.)
(2) Submit the request to firstname.lastname@example.org. As soon as the exchange request is accepted, our representative will give you a “Product Exchange Reference #” in the reply.
(3) You are required to return your product to NOVA in person. You must present your purchase invoice as well as the “Product Exchange Reference #”. Our address is Unit F, 4/F, Mai Luen Industrial Building, 23-31 Kung Yip Street, Kwai Hing, NT
(4) Returned product must include all of its original packaging materials (including carton box, packing foam, supporting cardboard, plastic bag, etc.).
(5) We shall arrange a replacement only after we receive the returned product.
(6) NOVA reserves the final right either or not to replace the product.
